Cancelling and changing your booking
Cancellation or modification of your booking is free of charge up to 8 days before arrival for all bookings made online.
If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full amount of your stay or deposit.
Once the deadline has passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or postpone your booking for any reason whatsoever.

Once we have received payment for your stay, you will receive an email 2 days before your arrival with the conditions of access to the residence and practical information about your accommodation and destination.
In the case of last-minute bookings, the procedure is the same. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder.
Choosing your accommodation
Choosing your accommodation
When you make your reservation, you choose a type of accommodation. However, as the allocation depends on availability, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to stay in a particular flat or villa.
Pets
Pets
Pets are welcome here! We allow a maximum of two pets per accommodation. The cost is 12 euros per pet per night.
To add pets, tick this option when making your booking. The supplement will then be automatically added to the total amount.
Are you allergic to animals? We have accommodation in each residence where pets are not allowed. Please specify this in the ‘comments’ box when making your booking
Please note that spaces are subject to availability. We therefore recommend that you add this option as soon as possible.

When you book on our website, breakfast is included for the entire duration of your stay. You can order breakfast for each night by calling us on +33 (0)3 20 15 36 00, sending us an email at info@evancy.fr or visiting the reception desk at your residence, if there is one.

A breakfast basket costs €12 per person per day and includes:
Packaged ground coffee, 2 filters

Child breakfast package
A child breakfast basket costs €7 per child per day. This child breakfast consists of:
1 pain au chocolat
1 small box of cereal
Chocolate milk
Residence in Vence on the French Riviera
The breakfast contents are the same, but the price is £13.50 per day per adult and £7 per day per child.

Your rental is available from 3pm. You can arrive whenever you like. However, we recommend that you check in before 8pm. If you encounter any problems, you can contact us 7 days a week by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation.
If you would like to arrive a little earlier, we can offer you a 12 p.m. arrival for an additional €19. Please contact us if you are interested, as this option is subject to availability.

- If you booked directly with us by phone or on our website, you can enjoy a late check-out at 11 a.m.
- If you booked through another website (Booking, Expedia, etc.), check-out is at 10 a.m.
- If you would like to leave your accommodation a little later, we can offer you a late check-out, subject to availability: at 2pm for an additional charge of €29 and at 6pm for an additional charge of €49. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested.
Bed sheets/bath towels
Bed sheets/bath towels
Bed linen and bath towels are included in your booking. The bed will be made upon your arrival.
Cleaning your accommodation
Cleaning your accommodation
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking. However, we kindly ask you to wash the dishes and empty the bins before you leave. If you wish, you can always book an additional cleaning service during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested in this option.
Payment for your stay

A deposit is required upon arrival at most of our residences. This deposit is automatically released on the day of your departure (unless there is damage to the accommodation). The time taken to release the deposit varies depending on the bank. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the residence you are staying in:

Boulogne sur Mer - La Marina: €200
Camiers Sainte Cécile - Trésors d'Opale: €200
Equihen Plage - Le domaine Sauvage: €200

This bank guarantee can only be made by MASTER CARD or VISA.

Please note! If you did not book your holiday directly on our website, but through another channel, the guarantee/deposit terms and conditions may differ. Please check the terms and conditions mentioned on the specific channel.

When making your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 8 days before your arrival. If we do not receive your payment by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your entire stay.
Payment methods
Payment methods
The easiest and fastest way to pay for your holiday is by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you do not have a credit card, we accept reservations paid by bank transfer on our website. If you choose this method, you will receive all the necessary information by email to make the transfer 24 hours after your reservation.
We do not accept cash payments.
It is also not possible to pay for your stay on site. We ask that you make your payment at least 8 days before your arrival.
